Furnished Properties

Service definitions & differences:

Inventory - does not include meter readings, smoke alarm testing and list of keys. Which is included with any other Check In/Out service listed.

Check In/Inventory Update - for properties where we have an existing report of ours on file.

Schedule of Condition - less detailed inventory/no full item descriptions.

Additional charges:

Studio/1 Bed/2 Bed – standard rooms include hallway, stairs/landing, kitchen, bathroom, reception, relevant number of bedrooms. Additional rooms such as gardens, extra bathrooms/ensuites, second receptions, dining rooms, WCs, conservatories, basements, garages/outbuildings, utility rooms, media rooms etc are charged at £10 per room.

3 Bed plus - standard rooms include hallways, all stairs/landings, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, reception, relevant number of bedrooms. Additional rooms such as gardens, extra bathrooms/ensuites, second receptions, dining rooms, WCs, conservatories, basements, garages/outbuildings, utility rooms, media rooms etc are charged at £10 per room.

Combined bookings:

For any back to back check outs and check ins booked on the same day, a 10% discount of the total combined job price will be applied

Cancellation fees:

Any cancellation less than 24 hours of the agreed time/date will be charged at 50% of the total job price
